A-List Incubator Refund Policy
By purchasing the A-List Incubator you automatically agree and acknowledge the statements, terms and conditions we provide below.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, therefore we offer a 3-day refund policy if you feel the program isn’t right for you.

To request a refund send an email to nerdcare@nerdygirl.co requesting your refund within 3 business days of the date of purchase and state why you are requesting the refund.

Please note: No refunds will be given after 3 days, however you can request to cancel your monthly membership at anytime. To cancel your membership send an email to nerdcare@nerdygirl.co requesting the cancelation and state your reason for the cancellation. Your cancellation request must be received within 7 business days of your next billing cycle. If not, you will be billed for an additional month.

Your membership may be cancelled at NerdyGirl.co’s discretion if we feel you are no longer an appropriate client for this program. No refunds will be given for this reason.

All refunds and cancellations discretionary as determined by NerdyGirl.co.

By purchasing A-list Incubator you also agree NerdyGirl.co is not liable for any results in your business, including whether you gain or lose money. It’s your business, and you alone are responsible and accountable for all of your business and personal decisions. This program is not a “get rich quick” scheme. You have embarked in an entrepreneurial education experience. And as such, NerdyGirl.co cannot promise or guarantee earnings. Your level of success in attaining business results, as in life, is dependent upon a number of factors including your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, and financial resources.
